David’s Bridal Inc. engaged Clinton Rubin LLC to assess the state of their Dayforce implementation, which was not operating as designed.  David’s Bridal then engaged Clinton Rubin to stabilize and optimize their Ceridian Dayforce implementation.  Clinton Rubin was engaged in post-go-live activities. 

The Dayforce solution issues included: Organization structure and foundational structures; Job profiles; Compensation set up; Security profiles and access; Workflows; Forms; Scheduling; Entitlements; and Reporting

Clinton Rubin assisted DBI in getting what was needed to operate their HRIS and payroll production systems.
