IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

While our solutions are cloud-based and are all off-the-shelf products, a complete set of configuration requirements still needs to be developed, followed by configuring, testing, and deployment of our solutions. Our partners have pioneered implementing off-the-shelf solutions and have been managing implementations for over 35 years. This brings a wealth of experience to the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of our solutions. 

POST-IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

It is critical that the first month of operations go smoothly, and that is why we are dedicated to remaining with our clients post-implementation to provide support as needed regarding user acceptance, break-fix support, troubleshooting, and communication with the vendor. Our expertise enables issues to be resolved quickly and efficiently, as we can better communicate issues with vendors and users.

PROJECT GOVERNANCE

Successful projects need executive oversight and commitment. We establish project executive steering committees and manage the governance process. This includes developing regular executive committee status reports and presentations, as well as guiding which issues need executive committee mitigation and decisions.

Staffing

In addition to providing project resources to manage and implement cloud-based technologies, we also provide staffing services to our solution providers and clients, assisting them in staffing implementation projects.
