Prior to starting Clinton Rubin, Mr. Burns was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Business Process Outsourcing for the NCO Group. He had chief operating responsibility for the Customer Management operating units. He had direct involvement in acquisition turnarounds and the privatization of the company. Mr. Burns has over 25 years' experience in technology consulting, eight of which he served as KPMG Consulting's Partner-in-Charge of the SAP Implementation Practice, and Senior Vice President responsible for initiatives in the areas of business process outsourcing (BPO), service chain optimization, workforce management, human capital development, and workforce procurement for their Global Managed Services organization. Serving many Fortune 50 clients in a broad range of industries, he focused on developing and integrating service chain and workforce optimization solutions to address clients' human  capital challenges.

With over 25 years' experience working for global management consulting firms, Mr. Smith is a seasoned executive consultant with a proven track record of reducing costs and achieving bottom line results for Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Smith's experience includes long term tenures at Price Waterhouse, IBM, KPMG/Bearing Point.  He has recently applied his consulting experience as the Chief Administrative Officer of an Amlaw 100 Law Firm of Blank Rome. Examples of clients include Campbell Soup Company, General Motors, Burger King, Allstate, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Uniroyal Chemical, Deutsche Bank, American Express, SmithKline Beecham and the IRS. Through out his career, he has demonstrated the ability to lead business process and policy re-engineering efforts, organizational re-design, ERP implementations, and business systems design and integration in the legal, financial, insurance, chemical, transportation, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare industries.

With almost 15 years’ experience working in a wide array of complex development and entrepreneurial management roles, Ms. Daly is known for her strategy design/execution, process reengineering, and transformation management. She is able to help drive growth initiatives and performance in startup and mature environments. She has worked within telecommunications, expense management, and real estate interests. For several years prior to Clinton Rubin, Ms. Daly launched national markets for technology start-ups and her own firm. She is a Board Member of the Professional Women’s Roundtable, a strong network of professional women in Philadelphia.

Mr. King is a senior executive with significant experience in Defense and government outsourcing services markets. After more than 25 years in the professional services industry he has accrued considerable industry knowledge as well as M&A experience. Mr. King’s expertise includes strategic planning, business development, public/private partnerships, government services, and information technology. Prior to joining Clinton Rubin, he was CEO of the Serco Group Inc., an outsourcing services company with contracts servicing national and local governments in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, Mr. King held numerous positions at the Day & Zimmermann Group, a professional services company specializing in building and operating government installations. His roles included Chief Information Officer, VP of Planning and Analysis, and Director of Finance and Administration.

With over 25 years’ experience working in a wide array of executive management positions; Mr. Roemer is known for his thought leadership in CRM/CEM and possesses expertise in P&L management, international business development, process reengineering, and strategy design/execution. He is able to help drive dynamic gains in revenue, profit and performance for the enterprise in startup and mature environments. He’s worked with Fortune 500 clients in telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, health care, retail and energy sectors. Mr. Roemer also has PMO and consulting experience in many functional areas including: reengineering, strategic planning, marketing and pricing strategies, information technology, and product development. For several years prior to Clinton Rubin, he founded a highly successful international consulting firm. He also built and ran consulting practices for IBM and KPMG. He is a frequent speaker at industry forums and his writings have appeared in several notable trade publications.

Mr. Shaver has over 30 years' experience across multiple industries. The first 15 years were focused on corporate sales with international computer companies. He held positions with many prestigious companies such as Hewlett Packard, Wang and Sequent.  The second 15 years were started by founding the executive search firm, GLOBALNET, and has continued to serve as President. Mr. Shaver specializes in placement of management consulting and C-level executives. Examples of clients include Deloitte, KPMG, BearingPoint, CapGemini, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft, DuPont, United Nations, Chase, Wyeth, and many others. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to set high expectations with clients and then exceed those expectations.
